IPPD 2015

Your Event Coordinators for 2016  are Morgan Thomas Jones, Chris Wolf and Kim Craig. All have many years of experience as Coordinators of various areas of our festival over a combined 30 years. Each have been responsible for new areas ranging from the Feast to Vendors to Public Relations to Arts. 

The Booth Services Coordinator is Chris Wolf. He will be the primary contact before and during the event to work with for any questions, concerns, or requests concerning vendor or info booths.

Chris is available at 317-891-4773 throughout the event If you have any concerns or problems. 

The 2015 event is on Saturday, September 26th from 10AM to 6PM at Broad Ripple Park in Indianapolis, IN. 

Booth and Event set up begins at 8AM on the day of the event. 

All  Vendors and Informational, and Organizational booths must check in with the Guest Services Coordinator, Amanda Coulson.

All auction donations must be turned in by 10AM on the day of the event

You may pre-register your donation using the form available on the links bar to the right to save yourself the time of filling out a form while you are in the process of setting your booth up. Persons authorized to accept your donations is the Auction Coordinator Miranda Montooth.

If you have special needs or need assistance, please notify the Welcome Table Coordinator, Booth Coordinator, or a member of security to have it facilitated.
