IPPD 2011

Your Event Coordinators for 2011 are Jennie Worden and Kim Craig. Both have many years of experience as Coordinators of various areas of our festival over a combined 15 years. Each have been responsible for new areas ranging from the Feast to Vendors to Public Relations to Arts.

The Booth Services Coordinator for 2011 is Tom Jones. The Booths Concierge during the day of the event will be Aurora Morningstar. She will be the primary contact during the event to work with booths for any questions, concerns, or requests.

Tom is available at 317-891-4773 throughout the event If you have any concerns or problems throughout the day, Aurora Morningstar. Either of these folks can assist with questions, concerns, problems on the day of the event.

The 2010 event is on Saturday, September 24th, 2011 from 10AM to 5PM at Broad Ripple Park in Indianapolis, IN.

Booth and Event set up begins at 8AM on the day of the event.

Upon arrival you can check in with either the Booth Coordinator or the Welcome Table Coordinator, Jemnnifer

All auction donations must be turned in by 10AM on the day of the event

You may pre-register your donation using the form available on the links bar to the right to save yourself the time of filling out a form while you are in the process of setting your booth up. Persons authorized to accept your donations are the Booth Coordinator and the Auction Coordinator, Nancy McDonald. All donations must be given to one of them.

If you have special needs or need assistance, please notify the Welcome Table Coordinator, Booth Coordinator, or a member of security to have it facilitated.
